& Answers
What does CRP stand for and what does it do?

The core of Bioflow technology lies with our Central Reverse Polarity ‘CRP’ field – a strong, multi-directional force of magnetism. Unlike standard magnets, Bioflow’s Central Reverse Polarity magnet has three poles. When blood passes under this multi-directional field, cells experience an agitating effect. It is this effect combined with magnet strength that is essential for the product to be effective.

What are relay magnets?

The relay magnet is an additional magnet that is smaller than the main magnet. It is placed in the strap of the Explorer and Elite to increase the overall depth of magnetic field – providing an extra ‘boost’ of magnetic therapy.

What is the gauss of Bioflow products?

All Bioflow products measure in excess of 2000 gauss on the main magnet module. More than one magnet does not mean that the gauss is multiplied (as many other sellers imply). The gauss remains the same as it is spread over a wider area.

Will Bioflow work for everyone?

Bioflow products are alternative or complimentary health products and use magnetic therapy, which is verified as ‘no health risk’ by the World Health Organisation.

Because of the increasing popularity of complementary and alternative medicine, the medical profession is constantly learning more about these non-conventional approaches.

When doctors use the term ‘alternative medicine’ they are referring to practices not usually used in conventional Western medicine. When an alternative medicine therapy is used in addition to (not instead of) conventional medicine, it’s called complementary.

We will not make any claim that any of our products will prevent, cure, mitigate, treat or diagnose illness. There is no substitute for sound medical advice and we recommend that if you are concerned about a health issue, you should consult a doctor or medical professional.

How long do the magnetic properties last?

As long as our water care guidance is followed (see the next question), then the strength of Bioflow magnets will not diminish.

Are Bioflow products water resistant?

Our silicone sport wristbands are waterproof.

All other Bioflow products are water resistant and will withstand being out in the rain or washing your hands. They are not suitable for any kind of prolonged water exposure or submersion (e.g. showering, bathing or swimming).

What is the guarantee on my Bioflow product?

We offer a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on all other products. If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us.

What size bracelet or wristband should I buy?

Bioflow magnetic bracelets and wristbands are best worn comfortably around the wrist. There is no need for it to fit tightly around the wrist or to touch the skin for the wearer to benefit from the magnet technology.

Measure around your wrist using a tape measure or print out our sizing guide which you can find on our Wear & Care page. If you are between sizes we recommend that you go up a size. For example, if your wrist measures 18cm then you might want to choose a Medium Sport wristband.

Is there a correct position to wear the magnets?

Bioflow wristbands and bracelets can be worn with the module on top or underneath the wrist. However it is advisable for humans to wear the product with the magnetic module underneath the wrist. For the dog collars, place the magnetic module on the either side of your dogs neck, by adjusting it’s position on the collar.
